TTACNY
NYC Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center offers a robust variety of in-person and E-learning/Webinar-based learning workshops tailored for professionals working in the child mental health care field. With a distinct archive filled for those who are just starting in the field and spans across to more in-depth and advanced practice topics; early childhood professionals, teachers, and caregivers have a wide variety of topics to choose from. The learning center offers these mental health capacity-building trainings for free with frequent updates on upcoming trainings.
Project Teach
Project TEACH is a New York State initiative aimed at enhancing the capacity of maternal and pediatric primary care providers to address mild-to-moderate mental health concerns in children and families. The program offers valuable resources, including telephone consultations, direct consultations for selected pediatric patients, CME-certified training, and referrals to mental health professionals and community resources. By supporting providers, Project TEACH ensures that children and families receive timely and effective mental health care.
Children's Health Home of Upstate NY
The Children’s Health Homes of Upstate New York, LLC (CHHUNY) was established to plan for and operate as a Health Home for Children. CHHUNY is using a model of care management based upon the belief that every family has strengths and that families are the natural and most effective drivers of their care. This model also ensures that families have ‘‘voice and choice,’’ at every stage in the care management process. CHHUNY is accepting referrals for enrollment of eligible children/youth into Health Home Care Management Services.
